Q - Why has the pensioner's pension been stopped?
- The pension has been stopped because the Life Certificate for the relevant year was not submitted.
- The pensioner should appear in person to complete the Life Certificate process. The Grama Niladhari will be informed to verify and obtain the certificate.
- Once the Life Certificate has been renewed and received, the pension will be reinstated and updated accordingly.
